- 2 oranges peeled (large navel, segmented and coarsely chopped)
- 100 grams spring onions (sliced)
- 6 Tbsp. fresh coriander (chopped)
- 2 tsp. pepper (seeded jalapeno, optional, finely chopped)
- 55 grams Flora Buttery
- 6 salmon fillets (about 750g or 1½lbs)

Directions
- Combine tomatoes, oranges, spring onions, 4 tablespoons coriander and jalapeno pepper in a large bowl; set aside.
- Blend Flora Buttery with remaining 2 tablespoons coriander in a small bowl.
- Grill salmon, brushing with Flora and coriander spread for 15 minutes or until salmon is done. Serve salsa with salmon.
