- 4 bone-in pork chops ( , about 2 1/2 pounds total)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish ( creamy)
- 2 cloves garlic ( , grated or minced)
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together the white BBQ sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, spicy brown mustard, creamy horseradish, garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika).
- Add half the BBQ sauce to a large casserole dish or a large plastic bag. Add the pork chops and toss to coat. Let marinate 20-30 minutes while you preheat the grill.
- Heat the grill to 450°F.
