Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet and toast the panela cheese for one or two minutes on each side until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and place on serving plate.
- Defrost the poblano pepper strips and place them into the skillet. Add salsa to taste, cook for one minute, and serve over the panela cheese.
