- 2 cuttlefish (without ink)
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar (in cream)
- 1/2 red pepper
- 10 chives (sprigs of small)
- salt
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Clean the cuttlefish, and remove the ink sac. Cut the fish in half, and grill with just a little bit of salt and pepper.
- To prepare the sauce, mix the garlic, shallot, red pepper, and olive oil. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper, add the chives, and finally the vinegar: Mix well.
- Serve with green beans seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, 2 thyme sprigs, 1 chopped garlic clove, and an arugula salad with pumpkin seeds.
