- 2 tsp. hot sauce (preferably Frank's RedHot)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. granulated onion
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3 1/2 lb. chicken (broken down into breasts, thighs, legs and wings)
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue seasoning (All-Purpose, recipe above)
- 1 cup pig (Beach Barbecue Sauce, recipe above)
