I haven’t made this but the pic shows lettuce leaves but not included in the ingredients or method

i substituted the mayo for home made chipotle sauce and it turned out great! I also switched the ciabatta bread for flat bread and that was a mistake so i guess it was my fault, but overall the dish was delicious!
