had it with couscous. it was great although the chicken turned out quite dry but maybe it's my fault 😅

was missing a little bit of flavor but cant put my finger on it. overall seemed healthy and was filling.

A new family favorite! The flavor and texture combinations were incredible and summer grilling kept our home cool. We paired it with grilled peaches and a mixed green salad with raspberries, toasted almonds, and balsamic vinaigrette..

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I have very picky eaters in my family and they all DEVOURED it!!! I have never made anything with avacado because they don't eat it. When I drizzled the balsamic over the top after plating you couldn't tell the difference. I had to use goat mozzarella and even though it doesnt melt the same it still was delicious. only suggestion is to use less ripe avocados so its not as creamy
