Ingredients

- 20 oz. cheese tortellini (refrigerated)
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cucumber (large, chopped)
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup red onions (diced)
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. oregano (died)
- salt

Directions
- Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper. Set aside for dressing.
- Cook tortellini as directed. Drain. Rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine tortellini, cucumber,tomatoes, olives, onion and feta with dressing. Toss until well mixed.
- Serve cold.
