Disappointed, the photos are amazing as well as the reviews. I’ve made a few delicious recipes from Cooking Classy, I wasn’t impressed with this one. I didn’t find anything that made this distinctly delicious. The sauce was tomato forward the rest of the spices were nonexistent… I added more. It was an edible dinner, not great. I get bummed when I have amazing ingredients like jumbo shrimp and quality feta and there’s no “wow”!

Hubby says this is a keeper. I seasoned my dish with a little oldbay instead of salt because in Marylsnd, Oldbay goes on ALL of our seafood. Not traditional, but yummy.

I halfed the recipe and used cooked frozen shrimp. The feta and mint really make the recipe! Fantastic and quick! Left overs with poached eggs tomorrow!

Delicious, quick, & easy! I added a couple eggs on top and let it cook in the oven.
