Tasted like an authentic Greek dish! Veggies used: asparagus, red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, potatoes, Kalamata olives. Used chicken breasts and cut up into chunks.

Delicious, such good flavor. Made according to recipe, no substitutions, and minus parsley as a garnish as I did not have any. Baked on a Pampered Chef stoneware baking pan.

This was delicious! The only thing I did differently was mixed the dressing in the bowl with chicken and veggies for a couple of hours to marinate them prior to cooking. I will definitely make again! Veggie variations are possible too. 😋

Followed recipe, smelled amazing cooking but lacked flavor upon eating. I will make again and try marinating overnight

We made this with chicken breasts I also added potatoes to the mix of veggies. Tasted great!
