- 5 pita bread (sections)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 250 grams ground beef
- 250 grams ground pork
- 2 Tbsp. mint (minced)
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. onion (minced)
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- lettuce leaves
- 1/2 red onion (peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (diced)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 cup cucumber (seeded and diced)
- 1 Tbsp. mint (minced)
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
- salt
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Cut each pita so that 1/5 of each one is removed. Mince the slices and marinate in milk for 10 minutes. Strain the bread.
- Mix the strained bread, beef, pork, mint, lemon juice, onion, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Form the burgers with your hands.
- Heat a skillet with cooking spray on medium heat, grill the burgers until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Mix the plain yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, mint, garlic, and a salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Cut open the pita breads, spread the dressing, and add the lettuce, beef, tomato, red onion, Feta cheese, and serve with more dressing on top.
