I reduced the onion to half a large yellow onion Used all diced tomatoes instead of the can of rotel and substituted some jarred sauce for the can of sauce. I reduced the sauce because I chose to cook the pasta separately in water with the drained tomatoe juice, a cube of bullion, and a little salt. Turned out great will make again

Great. Would not add as much tomato sauce next time. Still trying to duplicate my mom’s recipe and this one comes close
