- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp. golden spice mix (see link to recipe above)
- 4 Tbsp. white sugar (or turbinado sugar)
- 4 tsp. turbinado sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 egg yolks

Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a 2-qt saucepan on medium heat, bring the cream, golden milk spice, salt, and sugar to a simmer and let the spices bloom for 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the egg yolks until they’re smooth. Slowly whisk the eggs into the cooled cream mixture. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve to remove larger bits of spice.
