These were delicious! A little finicky to make but so worth it. I found the easiest way to work with the rice paper is to lay 2 or 3 on a cutting board and spray them with water turning over and spraying on the other side. By the time the filling is spooned onto each they are soft enough to roll.

Delicious, really enjoyed, made to recipes but added a herb paprika rub, plus 1tblspn of kebab mania to the chicken mix.. I used sliced beans, green capsicum, carrot and home grown grated radish for the greens. Superb....

My rolling skills need work, but otherwise it was good!

these did not turn out at all the rice papers stuck and it was a big glob on the serving plate. we used a spoon to dish it up. the flavor was great. we wasted over half of the dinner because that much stuck. I will not use rice papers again in a dish like this.

Turned out good. A few stuck to the non stick foil when baking even with olive oil. I had enough to make 8 rolls. My family loved them!!! Definitely making again!

The flavor was very good. They didn't brown up very much, though.

I put too much filling in each one which meant they fell apart. I used a bit of sauce in the mix to keep from drying out. Vietnamese sauce. Will cook again. Flavor was beautiful. I added red cabbage, snow peas and zucchini.

yum. It took ages to roll the spring rolls, but it was a fun family activity!

Was tasty and they crisped nicely but was not indicated how fiddley they are to wrap. Wrapping on a wet chopping board helps prevent rice paper from sticking and tearing. I also only drizzled a small amount of oil. Good way to use up leftovers =]

Loved it! Due to the lack of gluten products available to me where I'm currently residing I'm always looking for alternatives. I've made these a number of times especially when everyone else around me is eating samosas and all things fried. I've never had a problem with them browning. I just ensure I don't soak the rice papers for too long, I line my baking tray with baking paper and cook at the recommended temperature & turn them once the first side is brown. Thanks 😍
