Turned out alright, I put some pepitas and chia seeds on the top of mine.
Tastes okay, a little plain though. I did use one tsp less of sugar, which probably didnt help.
But overall it's a decent loaf.

The texture was good, the flavor was decent. I preferred it toasted with an over easy egg topping.
