Best if barely handled. Make them in a cast iron skillet, top rack. Eliminated the sugar and added cream of tartar. Flakey and delicious. Great for biscuits and gravy.

Nice and fluffy! I did not need all the liquid to get the right dough consistency.

Dough very, very sticky to cut. Used cast iron skillet and baked 30 mins instead of 20, but the centers of biscuits in the very middle of the pan stayed a little doughy for my liking, though family liked them.

Very good! Tastes fantastic easy to make. I did have to add 1/4 cup extra of buttermilk as my dough was very crumbly.
