Well I used almond flour for this recipe and the bread didn’t rise, it actually sunk in the middle. I also had to bake it for much longer than the 35-40 minutes called for. I baked for almost an hour (lost track of how many 5 min increments). Actually tastes amazing but does not resemble bread in any way! Must eat with a fork, but it is so moist and sweet I’m trying it again without the milk to see if that makes it a little less wet and more bread-like. But gave 4 stars for taste, also I used wrong flour so was probably my fault it didn’t turn out right.
