The scallops tasted great. The ingredients were perfect, but I had the same problem I always have with scallops. The stuck badly and the pieces left after cooking burned. I used an iron frying pan. Can anyone help?

So easy and tasted great. Will definitely be repeating. One question - why do the scallops in 2 batches? Because of pan size? If I can fit them all at once, is there a reason not to cook together?
