- 1 1/2 lb. beef round
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion (instant)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 envelopes beef broth (instant)
- 3 cups boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. egg noodles

Directions
- Combine all ingredients in order to lemon juice.
- Shape into 2 inch balls. Dissolve beef broth in boiling water.
- Add balls, simmer 15 min.
- Sauce: Mix flour and cold water to a smooth paste. Stir into simmering broth. Add Worcestershire sauce and relish. Continue stirring over medium heat until sauce thickens and bubbles. Pour over meatballs.
