Delicious even without the sauce but very good with it too. Had to double the batter, made half with almond flour and the other half using spelt flour. Spelt flour was thicker but both very good. This recipe was a lot of work for an apptizer.

The sauce was amazing!
The cauliflower didn’t crisp up very well, but I think that was operator error. The batter was so tasty, though, you could eat the baked cauliflower without the sauce and very much enjoy it! Great flavors! And I will definitely be trying it again.

Delicious! Had to add about 1/4 cup of vinegar to the sauce, boil it and reduce it by half and add a 1 to one paste of about 3 Tbs. cornstarch to make it the right thickness. Also- the cauliflower wasn’t crispy but it wasn’t as soggy as I thought it might be- don’t let it cool on the pan or it will steam. Use a cooling rack if you have to.

Absolutely delicious! Hearty, filling and hubby loved it. Definitely a keeper.
