I used colza oil, four cloves of garlic, and one broccoli instead of two but it tasted great nonetheless. It was quite filling as well so great as a side dish.

This recipe is sooooo delicious. I usually do not like brocolli, and hate even more when it makes my house stink. This recipe does neither! The brocolli has great texture and the flavor is to die for.

If you like garlic and broccoli, you’ll definitely enjoy this. To make 3 smaller side servings we just used 1 broccoli head instead of 2 - it just depends how many you want to feed/desired portion size
