Really nice! We just did 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce and found it just right -- any more it would have been too salty for sure. The one thing missing is a little sweetness and spice I'd say -- next time I would try adding a touch of honey, and some red pepper flake. Other than that, a simple and delicious recipe! We made ours with Snap Peas, Red bell peppers and fresh pineapple chunks. Highly recommend!

I didn't add as much cornstarch and it was still super tasty. I will definitely eat this with some rice next time to soak up some of the seasoning. Otherwise, it was great and super easy to make.

Really simple and easy. However, nix the cilantro. It completely overwhelmed the dish. With the salty-ness of the oyster and soy sauce, it tasted like salty cilantro. I’ll try again with some tweaks.

This was an easy recipe and turned out good with a few adjustments for my family. The sauce was a bit salty (used low sodium soy sauce) for us so I added about 1 tbs of honey and red pepper flakes. I was out of fresh ginger so I used ground ginger added to the sauce. Also added fresh broccoli with onions and garlic. To have a little more sauce I added 3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth and a slurry of 1 tsp corn starch with 1 tsp water to thicken sauce. I gave 4 stars because of salt content.

it turned out great. I made it with cooked shrimp & mushrooms though. I just heated the aromatics a bit, put in the mushrooms, then added the rest last. I only added the shrimp in the end long enough to heat.

This is a delicious and easy to make. An excellent dish served with rice. After watching the video I decided to make this with fresh Basel instead of cilantro it was absolutely delicious!

Way too salty. I don't have a wok. That may have made a difference? Shrimp ended up overcooked and slimy. Probably won't make it again.

OMG! This was soooooo yummy!!!! It was truly delicious!! Thank you for sharing your family recipe with us!! We added extra veggies which made it a very fulfilling meal. Would recommend doubling or tripling the sauce if you use a cup or more of veggies and/or regular mushrooms (we used shiitake) because they really soak up the juice! The ginger was strong enough that I don’t think I would double it; same goes for the green onion. This will be a staple in our meal planning rotation!

Quick, healthy and tasty--it's a winner. The quantity is small though, so I added a red pepper and snap peas to the mix. I would add even more veggies next time, such as mushrooms and broccoli. Loved the ginger/garlic combo.

Amazing exactly like a house special recipe!! Added more oyster sauce and soy sauce to make it more caramelized to make it more saucy to eat with! Directions didn't instruct how to use cilantro but we tossed the cilantro in the wok in the end for a couple of seconds to lock the flavor in

This was really easy and surprisingly tasty. Dare I say "take out" quality? I didn't have cilantro, so I just added more scallions. Will definitely make this again.
