- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees and lightly grease a casserole dish
- Sauté garlic with oliv oil until tender
- Remove from heat stir in brown sugar.
- Place chicken in casserole dish, cover with brown sugar and garlic mixture and bake for 15-30 min or until thoroughly cooked and golden brown
