was good but sirloin is a bit tough

This sounded and looked better than it was. Sirloin isn’t a very tender cut so the bites turned out tougher than I prefer. We didn’t hate it but it wasn’t a favorite either. I’d make some changes if I make it again. We loved the idea of steak bites and veggies.
