Instead of grilling it, I placed 1 tsp of avocado oil on a pan and browned each side of the steaks. Since my steaks were thick, I sliced them in half. sprinkled salt and pepper before browning those sides. Then I drizzled the garlic butter on top of the steaks before placing them in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. I left them to sit for an additional 5-10 minutes. It came out tasty and moist.
