I cut the recipe in 1/2, used chicken broth instead of vegetable and dried parsley. My husband loved it as did I. Will be making again.

It turned out more like a dip because I made it in the instant pot, but I also had to add more garlic and a little mozzarella. My husband can’t chew hard foods, but he didn’t like it. My sons and I ate it with Cauliflower chips.

Very easy and delicious! In the future I'm going to add a little more parsley and try a little less salt, as I found what I made to be too salty for my taste. I added grilled chicken to 1 two-person serving and it made a full meal for me.

It was good but I’ll probably add some other spices next time because I like garlic but that’s basically all I tasted...it was like I was eating straight minced garlic.

Really good. Could use double the parsley and garlic as well as some other spices.

It was fine, but did not have much taste. If I made it again, I would double the garlic and sauté it first to bring out the flavors. I would also need to add other spices or maybe sautéd onions or shallots. Not bad just very bland.

Delicious and easy to make-used chicken broth and it took 30 mins to simmer to get all liquid out of quinoa but will make again.
