Great flavor!
I added red pepper flakes and rosemary to the potatoes as well.
I think it might be easier to baked in the over instead of cooking on a pan... my wrist hurts from stirring.

We prefer crispy things and these were very soggy. If I make this again, I’ll probably skip the boiling step and just sauté everything. I also thought 4 tbsp was too much balsamic vin—will just for two next time. Has the potential to be delicious with some tweaks.

Nice flavour. Went lovely as a side. The method seemed a bit long winded so I simply popped it in the oven along with the asparagus!

The ingredients make sense but the process of it doesn’t. Feels complicated and lots of dishes in the end. So I ended up roasting the baby potatoes for ten minutes at 400 , then add asparagus next to it and bake for another 10 minutes along with all other ingredients that flavor them. Served it with a side of polenta topped with feta. Good stuff and not a lot of involvement during cooking this way.
