- 1 lb. broccoli florets (fresh)
- 1/4 cup Crisco Pure Canola Oil
- 1 medium zucchini (cut into julienne strips)
- 1 red bell pepper (medium, cut into julienne strips)
- 1 small onion (halved lengthwise and thinly sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (dried)
- 1 cup baby bella mushrooms (sliced fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions
- HEAT oil in large skillet. Add broccoli, zucchini, red pepper strips, onion, salt and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- ADD mushrooms. Stir-fry 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in soy sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
