Super easy to make and tasted great! I added a tablespoon of butter while cooking the spinach just for flavor and put a top layer of cheese when cooking the eggs. Turned out super fantastic!

Delicious! I absolutely loved it I added a bit of peri peri sauce and some lemon juice and had the best breakfast. I think that it’s easier to add the seasoning after serving up as everyone had different tastes. Can’t recommend enough!

I altered it a little for one. Used half an onion and some red bell pepper, then added a drizzle of siracha for a little heat. I will make this again!

I made my own version, creaming the spinach and serving with home fries. I love the idea of cooking an egg in a bed of spinach and I think it will become a staple in my kitchen. Loved it.
