Subbed in cabbage for bean sprouts and added spring rolls and salt & pepper tofu. We also screwed the noodles up so passed on them. Still enjoyable, especially when seasoned with Thai basil, chilli and nuts

Wonderful flavor. Even better the second day. Also used it to fill left over spring roll rice papers and added avocado. Yum!
