Soufflé has always been my nemesis. This turned out surprisingly good.

Got the email from Yummly when I woke up and HAD to try this recipe! Was abdolutely delicious and easy to make. Additionally, I added 1 tsp cinnamon to flour to really make it takste like french toast! In addition I increased flour from 2T to 2.5T as I live at 5380 elevation in Denver. I increased baking temp to 405°F and let it bake for 15 min, instead of 12-13! I sprinkled sugar on the inside of souffle dish to help egg/flour mixture climb up the sides of souffle dish! A must try...thanks Yummly!

I get the Souffle, but where does the French Toast come into it? This recipe always turns out well, I like substituting the Maple Syrup for Honey too. Totally yum!

Very light and fluffy with a subtle but really nice flavour.

I used sugar around the side of the ramekin. Very sweet but I enjoyed it. Considering I’d never made meringue before this recipe was VERY simple for a beginner that may want to impress their guests
