It turned out nicely, but I halved the sugar mixture and it worked. It was the best french toast my family has ever had.

I added one more egg and an extra egg yolk and used Challah bread (from Trader Joe's) about 2" thick. Absolutely heavenly

So good and easy! I used heavy whipping cream as I didn’t have milk and normal sourdough bread. This is definitely a must use recipe!

Honestly I did not get To try it but my husband absolutely love you, I did make it differently by mixing all the ingredients at once. But it still tasted great

Mmmmmm! Perfect way to start the day! Made this for brunch for my Hubby and I. Served with fresh berries and scrambled eggs and bacon! YUM!

Was a big hit, however I just used regular wheat bread and mixed the brown sugar in the egg.
