Definitely beats those tiny breakfast burritos you can get for 2 bucks. I used 10 inch tortillas, a dozen eggs and some extra tots. Probably could have bumped it up to 3 or 4 Roma tomatoes. Made 8 and the ingredients fit comfortably.
I microwaved at 50% for 6 minutes covered with a damp Tupperware container, then another 2 minutes uncovered and it came out pretty good. Could probably experiment with covered/uncovered times to get the tortilla the right level of moisture to hold and eat.
Next time I'll add some diced jalapeno and onion.

Very tasty. Next time Will make more egg, I made for 4 add for
and cut everything in half but it made a lot but not enough egg. More cilantro would also be nice

Wow! These are the BEST breakfast burritos out there! I made mine with chicken sausage and without beans, tomatoes, half-and- half and it was still really yummy! I was very impressed and I will be making these more often!

I tweaked the recipe a bit to my liking using diced potatoes instead of tater tots but all in all, this came out pretty good

Delicious, and you can make lots of variations depending on what you already have in the fridge or pantry.

Loved this recipe and so did our kids! I added some chopped onion to the ground meat and think I will add some to the egg next time: I also think you should add a bit of salt and pepper once you have all ingredients loaded into the burrito but before wrapping up. I also wrapped the burritos in foil and baked for 5 min or so before unwrapping and baking for the 12 min.
