These were ok. So far the best vegan pancakes I’ve made so that’s a plus but still want to find one more reminiscent to non-vegan pancakes

Good starter recipe. Added a mix of coconut and almond milk along with a splash of almond extract

I added 1/2 cup more liquid, peanut butter, cocoa powder, used honey instead of maple syrup, and topped them with butter and honey melted together. DELICIOUS!

These were mind blowingly delicious! I added chocolate chips and blue berries to mine.

Very tasty and filling. Letting the batter rest for five minutes really did make them fluffier. I really like that it was sweetened with maple syrup
