- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 lemon
- cumin
- 4 oz. flank steak
- 1 onion (peeled, sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (seeded and sliced)

Directions
- Add the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and pinch of cumin to a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Place the flank steak in a large bowl and pour a small amount of the marinade onto it.
- In another bowl, pour the rest of the dressing on the bell pepper and onion and toss well. Allow the meat and vegetables to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain the marinade and grill the meat, onions and peppers.
- Serve everything on flour tortillas.
