Delish! Made with tilapia fish. Turned out really well. Would make again

I didn't have cilantro or lemon grass. I added more lemon juice. My husband loved it anyway. I will make it again with all the ingredients.

This turned out great! I made it with some fresh mahi-mahi that I had just caught fishing outside of San Diego. The entire group that I served thought it was fabulous!
I served this as a first course but it could’ve been an entire meal.

OMG! SO good! Used random “chowder fish” from the grocery store seafood counter. Added a tiny bit of sugar, shredded carrot and diced potato… served it over rice… basically just one step away from Massaman Curry!

Awesome recipe. I added carrots to the base and used fresh cut basil vs cilantro. I did lengthen the overall time to ensure the veggies were ‘chowder’ ready. Beautiful flavours. I used Basa but feel any white fish will work. Add a good amount of fish as it needs it.
I will definitely serve with a nice crusty bread next time. This one’s a keeper.

Used halibut which was firm and delicious. Dinner for 2, I added 1 cup chicken stock although it didn't need it.

Very nice, used garlic salt instead of regular salt, creamy and delicious.

I was very skeptical of this recipe as I have never made fish chowder. We Loved It!!!! I used flounder, and did add a smidge of coco aminos & 2 tsps of fish sauce, and thai spice seasoning to the veges.

this recipe was super easy and fast if you have all the ingredients prepped and ready to use. Great for those few extra pieces of fish in the freezer that you dont know what to do with. I added the corriander stems to the veggy mix and topped with more corriander and a sprinkling of salty cashews for some crunch. Yum for sure!

Love love love! This was very easy to make and I’ll definitely make this again! I made mine with cod fish filets, they were a little thicker so I simmered the coconut milk for 18-20 min. I also added 1 tsp of turmeric and 1/4 cup of whipping cream to create a thicker consistency.
