    Turned out very tasty! I added some green onions to the marinade as well and cooked in foil versus a casserole dish. Yum!

    My favorite thing about this recipe is that the salmon can marinate for 24 hours, which means it can be prepared the day before. This is because the marinade doesn't call for any acidic ingredient. I've done this recipe three times so far, I replace the siracha with red papers paste as that's what I always keep in my fridge. Comes out perfect 👌. Thanks for sharing this!

    Turned out great. May recommend marinating in Tupperware or container that will keep the marinade over more of the surface area. Used an thermometer to cook it to 130 and it was perfect after a few minute rest.

    Best salmon recipe I’ve ever tried!!! The flavor was full-spicy, but not overly spicy. I took the reviewers advice and marinated 24 hours. I made a larger filet and baked at 375 with the skin on. It took an extra 8 min but it was a large piece. I didn’t have fresh ginger on hand so I used ground ginger and it was amazing. Even my kids inhaled it. Will be making again soon!
