Easy to make and my family loved it. We had to add a dash of salt, but overall this will be a new go-to meal.

Delicious recipe! I used it as a base and added in, as well as, substituted some spices and such for this recipe. I tend to do this in all my recipe cooking. I wouldn’t recommend doing this unless you have been cooking for a long time or you are the type of cook that knows how flavors with different foods and spices mix. Overall, I will definitely be using this recipe again!

Great! Really enjoyed it. We used canned chicken and it worked just fine.

Made it for lunch today. It was really good. Next time I will use more of the onion, garlic and cumin to make it more spicy for my family and use fresh jalapeños as a topping.

Absolutely loved! Will definitely make again! I used a little more seasoning though then it called for and it turned out great my husband doesn’t even like Mexican food very much and he loved this dish!

This was a very easy casserole to throw together. It seemed to be lacking a little flavor so I increased the cumin, garlic, onion. Also added a couple fresh chopped jalapeños and handful of fresh cilantro. That did the trick! Also thought I should mention, after 20 minutes of baking, mine wasn’t heated I removed the foil and popped back in the oven for 15 minutes.

It was easy to make. I did add one can of cream of chicken soup because my husband likes creamy casseroles. It was a hit with him and our picky granddaughters.
