- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1 cup flour (all-purpose)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup cucumber (peeled and diced)

Directions
- Preheat a KitchenAid® Waffle Baker.
- In a KitchenAid® 13-Cup Food Processor, combine chickpeas, onion, olive oil, milk, egg and egg white, garlic, parsley, and cilantro. Pulse until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cumin, and cardamom; stir.

Fantastic! Great flavour and very moist. Tzatziki was delicious. We paired it the waffles with a lamb burger, which was an excellent combo.
