I used this recipe as means to put use to leftover ham but I liked it enough to where I'd make it again; even if I didn't have ham, I'd be willing to substitute bacon just to make it. Perfect side!

Delicious, but the potatoes needed to cook more. Next time I’ll convection cook them at375 instead of 350

Oh. My. Goodness! This is amazing definitely worth more ham next time... all 3 boys ate. The bites that are crispy and golden were the bomb.

This recipe was the best! All the kids ate it, and my husband and I still crave it. I had half of a ham left over from Thanksgiving dinner that I had frozen, this was the perfect way to use it! Thanks for taking the time to share your recipe with all of us!
