- 3/4 cup pasta sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup cheese (melting, such as mozzarella, grated)

Directions
- Heat the pasta sauce in a saucepan, add a little water, and bring to a boil. Add the eggs, cover the pan, and let cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- When the eggs are cooked, sprinkle with the parmesan and mozzarella, cover for 1 more minute, and serve.
