Hollandaise was very runny. I thought about adding more yolks but decided just to serve. Tasted like butter and lemon but still ok.

Very very good! The first time I made this, the sauce was really salty, so make sure you use the unsalted butter lol- second time, it was amazing- and the technique is so easy.

made it. But sauce was runny and had only a butter taste. i used a Ninja, and blades didn't move yokes around in bottom. that could be why. disapointed.😔

My hollandaise sauce was runny and I put too much Lemon juice in, was that the reason it was runny? It was easy to follow directions in the flavor was good except too much lemon.

So it's complicated. Maybe more than I like. But in true, it's worth it! I will make it again soon!

The hollandaise sauce turned out very runny and I followed the recipe to a T. The rest of the recipe seemed fine

I did add a little vinegar & salt to the water.
