Insanely delicious! Make the tomato sauce that comes with it and add a little tomato paste to the tomato sauce when cooking

So good! I subsituted white beans with chickpeas and it turned out good, but next time I'll definitely follow the recipe or try another bean. This is totally going in my meal rotation.

Delicious! I made the tomato sauce recipe linked to in the eggplant recipe. i substituted cilantro for the parsley since i prefer that. I also added more chilli peppers.
