Good soup to start off meal. I used water that I blanched Chinese broccoli in, and added chicken bullion

This is so flavorful. I used a slice of bacon (I chopped), black peppercorns, and a sliced onion half (quarter, really) since that is all I had on hand and the resulting broth was still wonderful (still had ginger). This is really easy to put together for big flavor. I love egg drop soup!
