- 3 cups Quaker® Quick 1-Minute Oats (divided)
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar free chocolate chips

Directions
- Add 2 cups oats, honey, vanilla, coconut oil and water to a blender. Blend for about 1 minute or until well combined. Add the additional 1 cup oats and pulse 3-4 times until oats are distributed throughout the dough.
- Transfer dough to a medium mixing bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Using a 1 and 1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop dough into balls. Store in an airtight container.

it was fine but really dry and hard to shape.I recommend increase the honey or oil amount so it became more doughy.

Not amazing but I understand how this is a nice alternative I recommend extra chocolate or PB.
Also, it is extremely messy and quite a bit to clean up for a mediocre snack

Tasted horrible.. if you want cookie dough balls just take normal dough recipes, this is a waste of time

Defs need to add a lot more to make it taste somewhat edible I would recommend looking up another recipe

this recipe is a waste of your time. do not use it. I had to add so much more water, honey, and i added some peanut butter. It still tasted horrible. 0/10 recommend.

2 tbsp of peanut butter (creamy)
about 1/2 cup more of water
and froze for two hours

Ew. I don’t get it? This turned out more like glue. Not sweet at all and way too dry. Yuck.
