- 1/2 cup marshmallows
- 1/4 cup promise buttery spread
- 15 oz. sweet potatoes (or yams in light syrup, drained)
- 1/4 cup cholesterol free egg substitute
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar

Directions
- Combine pecans with sugar in small bowl,; set aside.
- Beat sweet potatoes, promise, egg substitute and flour in large bowl with electric mixer, 2 minutes. Add marshmallow creme and mix just until blended. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with pecan mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
