hearty dish need to add more nutritional yeast next time my top didn't turn out crunchy.

Didn't have a jalapeno (grocery store only sold them in packs of 8), so doubled the amount of cayenne. The dish had a fairly mild taste still, so next time I think I will double the other spices too. But I do like a medium kick in my food. I also used regular ground beef as I am on the keto diet and have challenges getting up to the appropriate fat levels, so this may have diluted some of the flavours. I also love the taste of burnt tomato, so might consider frying it separately next time, or maybe baking at a higher temperature (?)
