So yummy. Added bit more water since my dough was not forming well.
Letting it rise intirely inside the loaf pan made it rise higher. The transpher process compressed some of the air.
Added one tsp of cinnamon. It is subtle but it makes a difference.

The bread turned out too dense and tasted terrible. I followed the recipe completely

This recipe turned out great. However, I did a few tweaks to it and was able to do it in a loaf and added nuts and raisins and pumpkin seeds.

So easy and so so good my husband just told me I better think about making about one lol I would definitely do a loaf pan next time I added a little honey and oats on top

Amazing! So easy. I used a regular loaf pan and 33 minutes in the oven was perfect. Edit: I have used instant yeast the last few times. Works perfectly in the same quantity as active dry.
