I recently found this gem of a recipe and it is so so so goood!!!! Super easy to make! We don't eat jarred salsa so I substituted the salsa for tomato paste. AMAZING!! We top our bowls with lactose free cheddar and lactose free sour cream. Perfect for a cold winter's night!

This is the second time I'm making this. So easy all in the crockpot I did add 1 tea. Of cinnamon as well. In our bowls we crunch up tortilla chips for crunch. Yum

This was sooo yummy and easy to make.. I like a little spice so I added some chipotle Tabasco to mine. I topped it with a little sour cream and a side of corn bread...so good!!

This was great. I added a half cup of quinoa to the ingredients as well. Served with homemade French bread for a great meal

We altered a few things (such as adding ground venison), but it still turned out good. The corn gave it some sweetness (barely noticeable) and texture.
