Very tasty and easy. I used garlic powder, then added 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper. Only a 1/4 cup of onion.

This was very good. Did not use frozen carrots and peas, just sauteed carrots and onions. Does need salt and pepper. May add a little more turmeric next time.

Turned out perfect it was @yummly”. My husband likes bagged rice (yuck) as it’s easy to make. This recipe was simples and came out great!!

Excellent but took much longer and needed almost double the amount of chicken broth in order to cook the rice fully - I used brown rice.

Turned out good. A little bland but still yum. I used a clove of garlic because I had no garlic salt.

Made this last night for dinner. The main reason I am docking it in stars is that mine absolutely did not cook in the allotted amount of time. At the end of the 20 minutes there was still standing broth, big time. I left it covered, turned up the heat and let it cook down (it took another 10 - 15 minutes). The dish came out good but the rice was still slightly crunchy/undercooked.
All in all the increase in cooking time might not have been a big issue but we were in a hurry last night (youngest had a soccer game = dinner in a hurry) and I'd chosen this recipe due to the "quick cooking" claims.
I WILL try this recipe again though, just giving myself more time for the rice to cook.

Did 3 times the recipe, but only doubled the turmeric as it it quite powerful , I followed the rest for the rest...
This is my new pilaf favorite.
